Time File
This file specifies the values of tracking time at which output is required for the pathline and
time series modes. The file has the structure:
1. Nvalues
TCfactor
Nvalues-- is the number of time values specified in the file.
TCfactor-- is a time units conversion factor. Each time value is multiplied by TCfactor to obtain
the time value in the time units used in the MODFLOW simulation.
Data item 2 should be repeated Nvalues times:

Tvalue-- is a time value
