service, flu, national flu, PPV and Appointments (online bookings) Staff from NHS trusts will be able to make appointments(preferred date
and time) with your pharmacy, it is important you make contact with
anyone and arrange ACTUAL date and time, and book via the Sonar
System with your pharmacy.

Find the Login link in the top –right corner and enter the requested details as
follows:
Use your account Credentials, (If you do not have these use link- New user? (Sign
up))
Login ID: XXXX
Password: XXXX
Select login method ‘PIN Number’ for “Login method” in the page displayed and
enter the digits requested from the following PIN
PIN: XXXX (You'll then be asked to enter 3 randomly chosen characters from your
PIN number. This will be the process every time you log into the system. You may
need to change the method from Fob to Pin)
Once logged in you should see your services on the menu to the left. Click on each
