If you insert a check mark in the "Activate report" checkbox, the report will be
sent at the time which you have specified. If you remove the check mark, no
report will be sent. You are, however, able to save the report settings, and
activate the report later.

Alongside "Send report as:", mark the radio button corresponding to the format
in which the report should be sent to you.
You can choose between:
• Text
You receive the e-mail with the data in text format.
• HTML
You receive the e-mail with the data in HTML format.
• PDF
You receive the e-mail in text format, with the data in PDF format as an
attachment.
