12. Test of shift register and LEDs. There will be a running light on the 8 LEDs.
The test has now completed and it can end with two different results:

PASSED. All the following conditions must be met:
Green-RGB LED on
The display will be GREEN
The terminal program will show the following text: Test PASSED

FAILED. Depending on what failed one or more of these will be shown:
Red-RGB LED on
The display will be RED
The terminal program will show the following text including how many of the tests that failed:
Test FAILED (2 failed parts)
