About your AIS receiver
• Fixing screws
Two fixing screws are provided with the product for mounting of the AIS receiver. Please refer to
section 3.2 for details of how to mount the AIS receiver.
• Accessory cable
The accessory cable provides connections to the AIS receiver for power supply and NMEA0183
connections.
• USB cable
The USB cable can be used to connect the AIS receiver to a PC.
• AIS receiver unit
Figure 2 shows an overview of the AIS receiver unit.
