9.2.4 How to contact each other by email?
9.2.1.1 Send email to all user
To contact each other, users may click on the email icon
under Directory. By
default, the email is to be sent to all users (who are highlighted). You may however
click on the names of the recipient in To. You will find those names being selected
are highlighted. Write a subject line in the Subject field and your message in the
space provided. When you finish, click Send.
9.2.1.2 Send email to single user
To contact a single user, users may click on the email icon
under the directory box of
each user.
