A.2.1 NetAXS™ Panel Hardware Settings
• Configure the system with an RS-232 connection according to Figure 20 on
page 30.
• Set DIP switches 1 through 5 to define the panel number (see Table 3 on
page 22). Panel number 0 is not valid.
• Set DIP switch 6 to the OFF position to place the panel into the Multidrop
mode.
• Use a personal computer’s serial communications port (COM1 or COM2) and
a terminal emulation program to configure the NetAXS™ panel for normal
operation.
