for the purposes of the Configuration Check.

The EditPLCN screen code was modified to include a blank WAC in the picklist of WACs that can be assigned.

SQL Test - Login error when opening SQL Server database
Database Managers need to ensure that, if Windows Authentication is to be used, users or the MRD group they are in is
added to the users on the server on which SQL Server is installed. The users or group needs to have SYSADMIN rights
within the server.

SQL TEST - Run Time error Fail Mode Details
Fixed bug in Failure Mode Ratios form whereby a Failure Mode with a blank Ratio caused a crash.
Blank FM Ratios now treated as zero.
