1.5.6.Events
This tab manages information about events.

You can add a new event or delete an existing event. Each event will contain information about the type, date, time, preparation, summary and conclusion. Depending on the type, may also contain some other information. The events may be six types:
● "Appointment with tutors": This event defines an appointment with tutors some students (to select multiple press down the "Control" key while selecting) the class from which the user is tutor. This type of event will also contain information about students whose tutor come to the event and information on the relationship of the person who comes as a tutor with students. ● "Assessments": define an assessment of any class that teaches the user. This type of event will also contain information about the class to assess and a description of the assessment (eg Initial, First partial, ...)
● "Cloisters": for cloisters also contain information on whether it is ordinary or extraordinary. ● "ETCP": for technical team meetings pedagogical coordination. ● "School Council" for school boards will also contain information on whether it is ordinary or extraordinary. ● "Other": for any other event for which also have a description of the event.
1.5.7. Calendar
This tab provides a calendar view of the academic course, with events, defined by the user.
