and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of the original retail purchase
from Prism Co., Ltd or an authorized Prism distributor. Proof of purchase is required for
all warranty claims. During the warranty period, Prism Co., Ltd. will, at its option, repair
or replace defective parts of this product, at no charge to the customer, subject to the
following limitations: This limited warranty does not include any postage, freight,
handling, insurance or delivery fees. This warranty does not cover damage, defect or
failure caused by or resulting from accident, external destruction, alteration,
modification, abuse, misuse or misapplication of this product. This warranty does not
cover damage to the product resulting from return shipping or handling. The use of
shipping insurance is recommended to help protect your product. Return Authorization is required for all returns. To obtain a Return Authorization, please contact the

1. Turn connection nut to anti-clockwise and release.
2. Insert the main body to the base and turn connection nut in.
3. Adjust angle of light to user’s height.
• Angle of light can be adjusted for your best light circumstances.

• Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched, particularly at plugs,

• Unplug this product during lightning storms or when it’s not used for an extended period.
• Do not dismantle the product for there are no user serviceable parts in this lamp.
• If the product has been damaged by unusual circumstances, such as power cord or plug is damaged,
liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen onto the lamp, the lamp has been exposed to rain or
moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped, it should not be operated.
Caution
1. The maximum working angle is 30° and turning too much would exceed the limit.
2. When the axis is loose, please tighten with coin until it’s fixed.
• Avoid placing the lamp in areas that are dusty, humid/damp, lack air circulation or are subject to
constant vibration.
