afterthemixturestartscirculating.Over-processingcancausedangerousoverheating.
• Whenprocessinghotliquids:the2-partlidmustbesecurelylockedinplace.Thisallows
steamtoescapenaturally,andwillpreventthelidfromcomingoffwhenthemachineis
turnedon.Alwaysstarthotliquidson“Low”,thenincreasetothedesiredspeedinthe
recipe.Neverstarton“High”withhotliquids.Usecautionwithhotliquids.
