Recharge and Activation
Before using the Bluetooth watch, please recharge for a
few seconds to activate the battery.
The Red light will turn on whilst recharging.
Full recharge takes about 3 hours. When fully charged,
the indicator will turn blue

Pair with Mobile Phone

A. Put the Bluetooth watch in pairing mode
Wear the Wrist Watch
1) With the Bluetooth watch powered off, press
and hold Bluetooth switch for 6-10 seconds until
both blue and red color indicators switch on.

B. Put Mobile phone in pairing mode
1) Go to mobile phone panel, turn on Bluetooth function
and search for new Bluetooth device.
2) Select “T-Watch” then press “OK” or “YES”.
3) Enter password “0000" and press “OK”.
* Once paired, indicator changes from flashing to blue.

Note: If you can not switch on Bluetooth, please delete the
paired devices and try again.

Battery & Recharge
To save battery power, please turn off power if not using for a long time.
Turn off – Press and hold Bluetooth switch until indicator flash
then switches off

color. If already paired with mobile phone and

* Some mobile phone models do not support this function.
The full performance of a new battery is achieved only after two or three
complete charge and discharge cycles. The battery can be charged and
discharge hundreds of times, but it will eventually wear out.
When recharging the battery use only original default USB recharge cable
and default wall charger. Do not leave a fully charged device on recharge
power source. Overcharging may shorten battery life. If left unused, a full
charged battery will lose its charge over time.

Troubleshooting
Q. Why is not the neckloop working with my phone?
A. Please make sure the Bluetooth is switched on in your mobile phone and that the neckloop is in pairing mode. Also mobile phone
need to be within 10 meters from Bluetooth neckloop in open space. Try powering on/off the phone and neckloop and try again.
Q. Why can I not pair with my mobile phone?
A. 1) Make sure Bluetooth switch has power. Please recharge for 3 hours and try again.
2) Clear the paired Bluetooth devices and try again.
Q. Audio is too quiet, why?
A. The defined transmit distance from Watch to Earpiece is 40cm. Make sure there is no obstacle between them, such as the
shoulder. Heavy clothes may also block the signal especially any metal materials
Q. Why do I hear interference in invisible earpiece?
A. If earpiece has no quality problem, the volume is likely too loud. Reduce the volume on the volume controller.
Warranty and return policy
Default warranty is 12 months since ship date.
We do not accept return if product has no quality problem.
If product is within warranty and becomes faulty, you can return it for replacement or repair.
No returns accepted for unwanted items for hygiene reasons
