2. How to run ColSpace
Extract the zip file into any directory you want. Then use command line tool to
enter that directory, and type the following command:
java -jar colspace_0_3.jar
The GUI should appear without any problem. It looks somewhat similar to this:

In some systems, you can skip the step of typing command line. Instead, you simply
double-click the jar file. However, this approach seems to work only on versions prior to
JDK 1.6. Command line is recommended.
