Switching the J2 from Windows to Mac
If your Pegasus J2 has been switched from the default setup as a Mac Striped RAID to a Windows
Striped RAID, and you want to now use it with a Mac, follow these steps.
1. Connect the J2 Thunderbolt cable to the Mac and then to the J2.
2. Launch the Disk Utility in Mac Applications > Utilities > Disk Utility

3. The two SSD drives in the J2 appear as unusable disks in the Disk Utility. They need to be formatted
so the Mac OS can use them.
