All the products of DTSY23S are manufactured according to the IS09001 standards and to ensure
its reliability.
1. Display of meter’s ID
Input “98” through keypad, then press “Enter” button, the meter will display 11 digits of meter ID No. on LCD (in
2 screens) and this No. must be the same as User ID card (used for power purchase).
2. Power purchasing
(1) Visit the local power vending office.
(2) Provide the meter ID to the operator (ID number is printed on the User ID card).
(3) Inform the operator the amount you want to buy and pay the bill.
(4) Obtain a 20-digit TOKEN printed on your receipt.
3. Input purchase power TOKEN into meter
(1) Key in the 20-digits TOKEN via keypad.
(2) Confirm the numbers on LCD.
(3) If TOKEN is wrongly input, please press the “backspace” to delete.
(4) After inputting all the 20 digits, press “Enter” to confirm the TOKEN input.
(5) If TOKEN is right input, LCD will display “accept” and the power amount purchased.
(6) If TOKEN is wrongly input, LCD will display “reject”.

4. Display of data item on LCD of meter
If power purchase Token is correct, the meter can accept and display“ACCEPT”
(Accept).
If power purchase Token is incorrect, the meter will reject and display “REJECT”
(Reject).
Display code “OLD”, Token is expired.
Display code “USED”, Token is used.
Overload—Display when the power load exceeds the preset power threshold and
the electricity will be turned off in a certain time.
Display the used power amount of 100.00kWh, display code 15.8.0, search by
pressing short code 01 and “confirm”.
Display the residual amount of 100.00 AZN, display code A.0.0, search by
pressing short code 00 and “confirm”.
5. Power indicator
(1) When the residual amount is higher than the warning amount, power indicator will be always green.
(2) When the residual amount is lower than the warning amount but not on credit yet, power indicator flashes in
red.
(3) When the meter is on credit, power indicator is always red.
6. Warning indicator
(1) When the warning indicator is flashing, it shows there is abnormal power usage.
Case1: Power load is higher than or equals to the load threshold.
Solution: Turn off some power-consuming equipment or apply to the management department of power supply for
higher load threshold.
Case2: The meter is under abnormal working status such as cover opening, bypass, out of phase, reverse,
overvoltage, under voltage and etc.
Solution: Check the meter to confirm if it is under abnormal working status such as cover opening, bypass, out of
phase, reverse, overvoltage, under voltage and etc, or contact with the management department of power
supply to solve.
(2) When the warning indicator goes out, it shows the meter works normally.
