Checks
According to the rules for the prevention of accidents „Working with liquid jet systems“ BGV D15
the equipment must be checked and overhauled at
regular intervals by a specialist (
Service).

The equipment must be checked:
➤➤ before the first start-up,
➤➤ after changes and repairs of equipment parts having an
effect on safety,
➤➤ after an interruption of operation of more than 6 months,
➤➤ however at least every 12 months.
For equipment, which has been taken out of operation, the
check can be postponed up to the next start-up.
The results of the checks must be recorded in writing and
kept until the next check. The checking certificate or a copy
of it must be available at the place where the equipment is
used.
Maintenance instructions for the spray equipment and accessories can be found in the corresponding User‘s Handbook.
