LOWERING THE FLAT PLATE Pulling the tab located above the flat plate will allow the plate to be lowered in order to pick up the road case style loan sets. Once the tab has been pulled the flat plate will then have to be lowered by hand to its complete position. This is the flat plate at full extension; this is now ready to lift road case style crates.
