OPERATOR'S AGE 030 031 Transaction Code 032 037 038 TPL DRIVING RECORD 039 040 TPL COVERAGE CODE TPL LIMIT 042 TPL PREMIUM 043 ACCIDENT BENEFIT COVERAGE CODE A/B PREMIUM 047 Effective October 1, 2004 041 048 Appendix P-2 ERROR MESSAGE Invalid Age/Type of Use Relationship The following relationship must exist: Type of Use Age 01, 02, 03 25 or more 05, 06 under 25 08 and 18 under 21 09 and 19 21 to 24 10 18 years or less 11 19, 20 12 21, 22 13 23, 24 Invalid Years Licensed The YEARS LICENSED must be a number in the range of 00 - 99. Invalid Transaction Code The TRANSACTION CODE must be A, B, C, D, E, 3 or 9. Transaction Code 3 - Cancellation - with Invalid Non-Credit Premiums A cancellation, or deletion of a coverage - TRANSACTION CODE 3 - Return premiums on the transaction must not exceed the premiums charged. Transaction Codes A, B, C, D or E with Invalid Credit Premium An original entry (new business, renewal or mid term transfer) TRANSACTION CODES A, B, C, D or E must have premiums in a debit position. Third Party Liability Driving Record Missing The Third Party Liability Driving Record code is required when Third Party Liability Coverage Code or Premium is entered. Invalid Third Party Liability Driving Record The Third Party Liability Driving Record must be 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6. Invalid Third Party Liability Coverage Code The Third Party Coverage Code must be 62. Invalid Third Party Liability Limit Code The THIRD PARTY LIABILITY LIMIT code must be one of those listed in the Definitions of Premium Transfer Fields. The maximum allowable limit is $2,000,000. Third Party Liability Premium is Not Numeric or Missing When the THIRD PARTY LIABILITY COVERAGE CODE has been recorded, the THIRD PARTY LIABILITY PREMIUM must be present and must be a number. Invalid Accident Benefits Coverage Code The Accident Benefits Coverage Code must be 78. Accident Benefits Premium Not Numeric or Missing When an Accident Benefits coverage is recorded, the Accident Benefits Premium must be present and must be a number. P2 - 3
