3.8. Create / Edit a Customized Form Page From the Website Manager, the application allows you to create a Simple Form page or an Advanced Form Page. To create a Form, add a new page and select edit. Then select the ‘Form Page’ radio button in the ‘Choose the type of web page’ page, and click ‘Submit’ to load the page with the Simple Form or Advanced Form Options. Copyright @ 2010.
