MASTER CYLINDERS
Tilton master cylinders are engineered and crafted to provide optimum performance at a
surprisingly moderate cost. These kits are complete, which means you can assemble any
of the configurations shown from the parts included. Note: smaller cylinder bores result
in more braking force, less volume, and a softer pedal feel.
Features of the Tilton master cylinders are: Universal mounting with side or flange
mount, lightweight, anodized aluminum cylinders for wear and corrosion resistance, large
(10.7 oz.) and small (4.0 oz.) reservoirs, clearly visible fluid level, includes 3/16”
inverted flare and AN-3 line adapters, replaces master cylinders with 2 1/4” 2 bolt
mounts, everything you need in a single box.

Floor mounted pedal assembly
Floor mounted with the master cylinders bulkhead mounted ahead of the driver’s feet.
Overhung pedal assembly
Swing-pedal style with Master cylinder(s) located inside the cockpit, which reduces the effects of
engine heat
Firewall-mounted pedal assembly
Swing-pedal style with NASCAR approved location of master cylinder(s) in engine compartment.
Remote-mounted pedal assembly
Used in special applications that do not permit conventional pedal assemblies, with unlimited
mounting possibilities
