Tips for Reducing Variability
• Ensure proper sample collection.

lead to splashing on the sealer.
• To avoid low bead counts, thaw, vortex and
centrifuge all samples for 5-10 minutes at a
minimum of 3,000 x g. Avoid or remove any fat

Running Your Assay
