This manual provides the operating instructions and important safety precautions for the use of

Using the Power Bank:
For the initial use (or for use after long-term storage), please make sure that the Power Bank is
fully charged, a charging time of about 24 hours.
The USB cable included is compatible with most of the leading brands on the market designed
for DC-5.0V input. Included are also 5 connection adapters for those devices with special USB
connections, such as Apple products. It’s easy to switch connection adaptors on the charging
cable: pull one off; push another one on.
The Power Bank can be charged from your computer or from an electric power outlet using the
original USB adapter supplied with your device.
Charging the amadeus Power Bank:






Plug the USB-micro connection adapter into the amadeus Power Bank.
Plug the USB type A (standard) connection into the USB port of your computer or into
your original adapter in an electric power outlet.
When attached for charging, a blue light indicates that the amadeus Power Bank is “on.”
The blue indicator lights will flash one by one until the amadeus Power Bank is fully
charged (all blue indicator lights are flashing.)
The amadeus Power Bank is rechargeable for over 500 cycles.
You can charge your iPhone 2-3 times per cycle and most other brands 3-4 times.
Charging your device with the amadeus Power Bank:
Make sure you have attached the right connection adaptor for your device to the charging cable.








Plug the connection adapter into your phone or other device.
Put the USB type A (standard) connector at the other end of the charging cable into the
amadeus Power Bank.
Push the amadeus power button once to charge.
To turn off the amadeus Power Bank, just hold down the button until the blue indicator
lights turns off.
When connected to your device, the blue indicator light will be on.
When the power in the Power Bank is consumed, the blue indicator light will turn off.
Unplug your phone or other external device when you stop charging or when the blue
indicator light turns off.
If the amadeus Power Bank is turned on without any power connection, it will
automatically turn off.
Using the amadeus Power Bank as a flashlight:
Press the amadeus power button twice to turn on the flashlight function and press the button
twice again to turn the flashlight off.
Important Safety Precautions













Before your first use of the Power Bank or after long-term storage, the Power Bank may
have gradually discharged automatically. Fully charge it before you use it.
Please note that it normally takes two or three complete charging and discharging cycles
after the initial charging of the unit in order to achieve its optimal performance.
As a precaution we recommend using only the charging cable and connection adapters
applied with the Power Bank. Other charging cables might work but cannot be
guaranteed. They might be harmful, causing damage to your device and/or the Power
Bank’s internal components.
Use the Power Bank in areas that provide adequate ventilation. Do not use in bags,
purses, or in pockets to avoid damage due to overheating.
Environmental temperatures will affect battery performance, such as extreme cold and
heat.
When charging, the Power Bank will be slightly warm, which is normal for operation.
Do not move the Power Bank near fire or other heat sources in order to avoid danger.
Do not expose this product to water or moisture, direct sunlight, or corrosive chemical
cleaners.
Do not drop, strike, vibrate, or shake the unit. Rough handling can damage internal
precision components or the circuits of the unit.
Please keep this product and related accessories out of the easy reach of children for
safety in your home.
Avoid contact of the Power Bank and connection ports with metal objects. Contact with
metal may cause a short circuit and damage the internal components of the unit.
Unauthorized alteration of this product or repair by the user may make the unit inoperable
and will void the warranty.
In accordance with local laws, ordinances, and regulations, use of the Power Bank
without permission may be prohibited in some situations, such as during the landing of
aircraft or in the vicinity of medical equipment. Discontinue charging the unit and
immediately turn off your cell phone or other electronic devices in order to avoid
interference.
Legal:
This Power Bank is meant for use only in conjunction with the appropriate device. Please consult
your device packaging to determine whether this Power Bank is compatible with your particular
device. Sahlén by Sweden is not responsible for any damages to any devices incurred through the
use of this product.
Sahlén by Sweden shall not in any way be liable for any damages caused by the use of the Power
Bank, including:

Damages/injuries to you or any third party.
Damages/injuries due to intended or unintended uses.
Damages/injuries due to misuse of this Power Bank in conjunction with any devices or
accessories other than the appropriate devices for which this Power Bank is designed.
If you use the Power Bank with an unintended device that causes damage and/or injuries, you are
responsible for any consequences and agree to indemnify Sahlén by Sweden for any resulting
damages and/or injuries to you and/or any third parties.
