This document explains how to use the Research Metadata System. It is a step by step guide on how to
create quality Collection metadata ready for harvest by Research Data Australia.
1.2. About the Research Metadata System
The Research Metadata System is an enterprise metadata store that aims to be an enabler of complete,
high quality, compliant and accessible metadata for research activities, and will facilitate ongoing
contribution to the ARDC(Australian Research Data Commons) repositories, allowing discovery, reporting
and reuse of research activities.
