22. Clarification of Bids
22.1
During evaluation of bids, the The purchaser may, at its discretion, ask the Bidder for clarification

Preliminary Examination
23.1

bid which does not constitute a material deviation, provided such a waiver does not prejudice or
affect the relative ranking of any Bidder.
