Return Policy
Requests for RMA’s must be made within 30 days of original shipment to the Buyer. A 25% restocking charge applies to these returns.
A 50% restocking fee for over 30 days (up till 4 months [120 days] after original shipment). After this time no returns will be credited.
Returned items must be shipped prepaid within 30 days of the RMA date.

Warranty Repairs
Warranty service will be performed within 15 working days from receipt of product to correct all functional defects in materials
and workmanship. Ship the product pre-paid to the location below: Call for a Return Authorization Number before
sending any items for warranty and/or non-warranty repair.
For Warranty repair of:
Vacuum regulators:
•
Push-To-Set™ regulators ten years from date of delivery
•
Other regulators (ISU, CVR, Thoracic, SFF) five years from date of delivery
Flowmeters:
•
7700 Series flowmeters five years from date of delivery (one year on the 0-1 LPM & 0-200 CCM Flowmeter)
Oxygen/Air Regulators:
•
DurO2 Regulators have either a two year or five year warranty from date of delivery, depending on the type of unit.
•
Chrome plated gas regulators three years from date of delivery

Non-warranty Repairs
For non-warranty repair of all products, service will be completed within 20 working days from receipt of product, subject to parts availability.
Call for a Return Authorization Number before sending any items for warranty and/or non-warranty repair.
For non-warranty repair of:

Vacuum Regulator Date Code Reference
The 4th character in the serial number represents the year of manufacture, i.e., GFFT03342 = 1990 (O and I are not used).
