snap the PCB along the GREEN LINES
Miniweigher plus 100kg, 250kg, 500kg &1000kg

snap the PCB along the RED LINES.

Computer Set Up
First Select ‘loadlink’ on the rotary switch. Plug the comms cable from the PC into the loadcell.
Now double click ‘loadlink’ icon on PC - you will see this screen:
Select ‘LLD’ here
When the ‘instrument setup’ screen appears select ‘DTR Line Hi’

Select ‘DTR Line Hi’
Errors
window
If you have sucessfully connected to the loadcell the ‘comms trafic’ screen will show
communication and no errors will be reported in the ‘errors’ window.
select the ‘open parameter’ button
double click on the
model you wish to
set up - in this case
LLP10T
Calibration
Now select ‘wizards from the menu and choose ‘user calibration’ and
linearisation.
Follow the calibration wizard as
instructed on screen.
Overload Reset
Lastly, before disconnecting it is important to reset the ‘overload counter’ to zero
before despatch.
1) Click on the ‘+’ sign next to ‘Commands’
2) Click here to execute the
‘RSTOVRLOD’ (reset overload)
command.
Shut down the software and disconnect comms cable, the loadcell is fully programmed
and calibrated.
