Sheet Feeder Removal
1. Remove a%1mve:'s{e><ceptthe base}, refer to k■
2. Remove the three screws {hat secure the sheet feeder to the
carrier frame. During reassembiy. do not overtighten the screws:
as this may strip the piasiic.
3. Remove the sheet feeder assembiy.
Note: Take note of the routing of 3%} cabfies.
Smaii Feed Roiier Removai
1. Remove :33: covers: refer is ■■ :32’

Remove ihe sheet §eeder assemmy.
Unhooiz the smaii feed roéler springs and remove the miiers by
pushing them down at the rear.
Star Roiier Removal
1. Open the access dear.

Remeve me two screws from me star roiier assemifiy and
remave ihe assembty. During reassembiy, do not overtighien
the screws. as this may strip the piastfic.
System Board Removai
1. Remove aii covers {except the bsasa). refar to ■■

fx) Uniack the three prénthead cable connectors and disccmne-ct the
printhead cames from the system board.
_b.3 Qésconnect me other cabies from the system board.
4. Remove: the three screws securing the system board to the
carrier frame and renmve {he system board, Note the routing of
me papa: feed motor cabie Pm: the E0? flag out of the saensor
whiie remov-mg {he system board, During yeassembiy. do not
overtighien She sczews, as this may strip the mastic.
