System Setup (cont’d)
Standby Operation Checkout
To place the system in the Standby mode:

Press the On/Off Switch, select “Standby” and select “OK”.

Wait approximately 30 seconds. The system should be in Standby mode. Both display
screens are black and the On/Off switch indicator is green.
To wake the system from Standby mode:

Press On/Off switch QUICKLY! Less than .25 seconds. If you press the On/Off switch too long
the system will shutdown. It takes about 45 seconds for the system to become fully functional.
NOTE:
Waking the system from Standby without AC connected will turn off the system.
NOTE:
Standby mode is good for approximately 12-15 minutes.
The system will “beep” while in Standby Mode if AC power is removed (unplugged).
NOTE:
Charge time for batteries is approximately 4 hours.
