Technical features
✔Struttura pass-box: interamente realizzata in
acciaio AISI 304, finitura esterna superficiale
tipo Scotch Brite.
✔ Pass-box casing: AISI 304 stainless steel
casing, Scotch Brite finishing.
✔Struttura della camera interna: interamente
realizzata in lamiera piegata in acciaio INOX
AISI 316, priva di asperità (Ra<0.8), finitura
esterna superficiale tipo Scotch Brite.
✔Porte interbloccate: lato sterile e non sterile,
che si aprono solo alla fine del ciclo di
sterilizzazione.
✔Filtro HEPA: di mandata e aspirazione con
efficienza H14 ≥ a 99,995% MPPS (in
accordo alle EN 1822).
✔Regolazione pressione camera: avviene
tramite un loop di pressione (trasmettitore –
regolatore – inverter).
✔Manometri differenziali: installati sul pannello frontale per il controllo dell’intasamento dei filtri assoluti.
✔Ventilatore di aerazione: mantiene in depressione il vano tecnico.
✔Elettroventilatori centrifughi di mandata e di
espulsione: realizzati in acciaio INOX,
a singola aspirazione con regolazione
automatica della portata.
✔ Elettrovalvole: comandate
da “ricetta” PLC.
✔ Quadro di comando a
bordo macchina con PLC
integrato.
✔ Transfer chamber finishing: AISI 316
stainless steel casing, continuous welding
joints for perfect air tightness, Scotch Brite
finishing, internal smooth surface (Ra < 0.8).
✔ Interlocked doors: fitted on the sterile and
non sterile side that automatically slide up
at the end of the sterilization cycle.
✔ Delivery HEPA filter: H14 ≥ a 99,995% MPPS
according to EN 1822.
✔ Chamber pressure regulation: by a pressure
loop (transmitter – regulator – inverter).
✔ Differential manometers: installed on the
front panel to check filters condition.
✔ Aeration fan: keeps the technical chamber
under negative pressure.
✔ Stainless steel single inlet centrifugal
delivery and exhaust fans with automatic air
flow adjustment.
✔ Solenoid valves controlled by PLC “recipe”.
✔ Integral control box with built-in PLC,
exceeding CEI-ENPI.
