It allows to charge nitrogen gas springs at
the required pressure, in safe way.
Permette di caricare i cilindri all’azoto alla
pressione desiderata, in modo sicuro.
The Bordignon Booster is a pneumatic pump,
which uses the compressed air pressure to
charge with nitrogen the gas springs for dies
at the requested pressure in a precise and
safe way.
Il Booster per azoto Bordignon è una pompa
pneumatica, che si serve della pressione
generata dall’aria compressa per caricare
di gas azoto i cilindri per stampi in maniera
precisa e sicura.
Light and compact, the Bordignon Booster
has a low compressed air consumption,
resulting in savings of time and costs.
Leggero e compatto, il Booster per azoto
Bordignon ha un basso consumo energetico,
con conseguente risparmio di tempo e
recupero economico.
USE INSTRUCTIONS
ISTRUZIONI D’USO
» Connect nitrogen N2 tank (with min.
pressure 20 bar) to the Booster.
» Collegare la bombola di azoto N2 (con
pressione minima di 20 bar) al Booster.
» Connect Booster to the nitrogen gas
spring (it’s necessary to have the
charging set mod. compl).
» Collegare il Booster al cilindro
all’azoto (è necessario il set di carico
compl).
» Connect the compressed air
(max. pressure 8 bar; use lubricated air
when working continuously for more than
30 minutes).
» Collegare l’aria compressa
(pressione massima 8 bar; usare aria
lubrificata in caso di uso continuativo
superiore a 30 minuti).
» Turn off the discharging valve.
» Chiudere la valvola di scarico.
» Turn on the compressed air and slowly
turn on nitrogen N2 tank.
» Aprire l’aria compressa e lentamente
aprire la bombola di azoto N2 .
» When the nitrogen gas spring has reached
the required pressure, turn off the
compressed air, turn off the nitrogen
N2 tank, turn on discharging valve and
disconnect the nitrogen gas spring.
» Quando il cilindro ha raggiunto
la pressione desiderata, chiudere l’aria
compressa, chiudere la bombola di azoto
N2 , aprire la valvola di scarico
e scollegare il cilindro.

adjusting the pressure
Dispositivo elettronico digitale di controllo e di regolazione automatica della pressione
This device allows to automatically regulate,
control and keep constant the nitrogen
pressure of the gas springs connected to
open system in the press-die. This device
must be connected to a nitrogen tank and
to the gas springs. Thanks to an electric
impulse it checks the pressure of the gas
springs at every cycle when the die is open,
and adjusts the gas pressure in order to
keep it constant. The digital control panel
supplied with this electronic device allows
to monitor the measured pressure at any
moment, to set the pressure parameters,
and to check the alarm signals generated
because of possible anomalies.
Questo dispositivo permette di regolare,
controllare e mantenere costante in modo
automatico la pressione dell’azoto dei
cilindri collegati a sistema nello stampo. Il
dispositivo, collegato alla bombola di azoto
ed ai cilindri, effettua (mediante un impulso
elettrico) il controllo della pressione dei cilindri
quando lo stampo è aperto, nella fase di riposo
di ogni ciclo, regolandone la pressione al fine
di mantenerla costante. Il dispositivo viene
fornito con un pannello digitale di controllo,
che permette la visualizzazione costante della
pressione reale, l’impostazione e la gestione
della pressione e la visualizzazione di eventuali
allarmi di malfunzionamento.

5 Turn off the N2 tank, then turn
on the discharging valve.

fix it onto the die and connect the
nitrogen gas springs.
6 Disconnect the N2 tank and
turn off the discharging valve.
1 Montare il pannello di controllo
modulare, fissarlo allo stampo
e collegare i cilindri.
2 Turn off all the valves.
NITROGEN N2 DISCHARGING:
2 Chiudere tutte le valvole.
PER SCARICARE L’AZOTO N2 :
3 Connect N2 tank via the quick
coupling, and turn it on slowly.
1 Turn on the discharging valve
and then turn on the valve of the
module to be discharged.
3 Collegare la bombola d’azoto
per mezzo dell’aggancio rapido
e aprirla lentamente.

2 Once the required pressure is
reached, turn off both valves.

Distribution block

The distribution blocks allow several gas
springs to be connected in a battery.
Each block can connect eight gas springs
of any size (ø 50 mm and up) and several
blocks can be interconnected.
For hose connection, use the “gas spring to
hose” fittings.

Proteggere da emulsioni di stampaggio, detergenti, acqua
e polveri. I cilindri sono protetti da contaminanti con
raschiastelo di protezione. Non usare prodotti chimici con
basso flash point (benzine, solventi, alcool, etc.). I modelli
TOP, SM, CISO ø19 e ø25, EG, sono senza raschiastelo di
protezione.
Pulire solo con un panno asciutto.
Non scalfire o rigare lo stelo.

Protect against liquid or solid contaminants. The nitrogen
gas springs are protected against contaminants by scraper
ring. Do not use chemical products with low flash point
