Stator unit, dismantling
49. Use hydraulic unit 84 13 62 (G) and dismantling
tool 587 83 00.
Put the stator casing unit with the rear part
on the floor.
Place the holder (B) in the stator.
Put the cage (A) on the stator casing.
Put the stud-bolt (C) in place and screw it in the
holder (B).
Apply the hydraulic unit (G) and the washer M24
(F) on the stud-bolt and turn the nut M24 until
the holder holds the stator.
Check that the holder is in its right position.
Pull out the stator by means of pumping on the
hydraulic tool.

Usar unidad hidráulica 84 13 62 (G) y la herramienta
de desmontaje 587 83 00.
Poner en el suelo la unidad de alojamiento del
estator con la parte trasera.
Colocar el soporte (B) en el estator.
Poner la jaula (A) en el alojamiento del estator.
Poner el espárrago roscado (C) en su sitio y
roscarlo en el soporte (B).
Colocar la unidad hidráulica (G) y la arandela
M24 (F) en el espárrago roscado y girar la tuerca
M24 (E) hasta que el soporte sostenga el estator.
Controlar que el soporte quede bien colocado.
Extraer el estator bombeando con la herramienta
hidráulica.

Montaje
Si el agitador tiene homologación especial, tener a
bien leer el capítulo “Agitadores con homologación
especial” antes de efectuar el montaje.

the chapter “Specially approved machine” before
assembling.
Stator unit
51. Use the mounting tool 587 83 00 and hydraulic
unit 84 13 62 (G).
Place the new stator with the leads upwards in
the puller holder (D).
Install the stator casing. Inside the stator casing,
at the bottom, there is a mark “TOP”.
Make sure that one of the stator slots comes into
position 180° from that mark.
Put the cage (A) “upside down” on the stator
casing and screw in the stud-bolt (C).
Connect in accordance with “Dismantling” and
press in the stator to its end stop.

Usar la herramienta de montaje 587 83 00 y
unidad hidráulica 84 13 62 (G).
Colocar el estator nuevo con los conductores
hacia arriba en el soporte del extractor (D).
Instalar el alojamiento del estator. Dentro del
alojamiento, en el fondo, hay una marca “TOP”
(Arriba).
Comprobar que una de las ranuras del estator
quede en posición a 180° de esta marca.
Colocar la jaula (A) “invertida” en el alojamiento
del estator y roscar el espárrago roscado (C).
Conectar de acuerdo con lo indicado en
“Desmontaje” y presionar el estator hasta su tope.
Si el agitador tiene homologación especial ver
“Controles dimensionales”.
