e) Regolazione spazzole
apertura scatole
Sulla parte superiore ed
inferiore dell’entrata scatole, è
montata una spazzola bloccata
da una vite a volantino.
(fig.69).
Sbloccare il volantino fig.69
pos.1 e posizionare le spazzole
come indicato in fig.70.
La spazzola superiore fig.70
pos.1 deve agire per 1/4 circa
della sua superficie sulla parte
posteriore della scatola. Per le
scatole strette, in caso di
difficoltà di apertura delle
stesse, portare detta spazzola
ad agire completamente sul
lato longitudinale (lato lungo)
della scatola.
La spazzola inferiore fig.70
pos.2 deve agire sempre
completamente sul lato
posteriore della scatola.
Non oltrepassare la feritoia
della scatola.
e) Regulation of box opening
brushes
On the upper and lower parts
of the box entrance a brush,
clamped by a knob screw (Fig.
69), is mounted.
Release the knob (Fig. 69 pos.
1) and position the brushes as
indicated in Fig. 70. The
upper brush (Fig. 70 pos. 1)
has to act by approximately
1/4 of its surface on the rear
part of the box. For narrow
boxes, when they are difficult
to open, make this brush act
along the whole of the
longitudinal side (long side) of
the box.
The lower brush (Fig. 70 pos.
2) must always act on the
whole of the rear side of the
box.
Do not go beyond the slot in
the box.
f) Regolazione guida laterale
scatola
La guida laterale serve a
mantenere allineate le scatole
durante il movimento di
discesa, in avvicinamento al
gruppo ventose di prelievo.
Per regolare detta guida in
funzione delle dimensioni
delle scatole occorre:
- allentare le due viti a
volantino fig.71 pos.1;
- inserire una scatola
campione, appoggiandola alla
lamiera contenimento scatole
fig.71 pos.3 come indicato in
fig.71;
- accostare alla scatola la guida
laterale fig.71 pos.2, senza
premere;
- serrare manualmente le due
viti a volantino.
- Posizionare il contrasto
superiore scatola come
indicato in fig.71 pos.4

f) Regulation of box side
guide
The side guide is used to
maintain the boxes aligned
during the downward
movement, when approaching
the pick-up suction cup
assembly.
In order to regulate this guide
according to the size of the
boxes:
- loosen the two knob screws
(Fig. 71 pos. 1);
- insert a sample box, resting it
at the box containing plate
(Fig. 71 pos. 3) as indicated in
Fig. 71;
- move the side guide (Fig. 71
pos. 2) towards the box
without pressing on it;
- tighten the two knob screws
by hand.
