CAUTION
Beim Austausch des Bemessungsstrommoduls ist sicherzustellen, dass dessen Bemessungsstrom In kleiner oder gleich
dem zulässigen maximalen Bemessungsnennstrom In max des
Leistungsschalters ist.
Anderenfalls kann es zur thermischen Überlastung des Schalters und ggf. auch der Anlage kommen.
Der kleinste zulässige Bemessungsstrom für Schalter BG III
ist 1250 A.

Das Bemessungsstrommodul bestimmt den Bemessungsstrom
innerhalb eines gewissen Bereiches für eine gegebene Baugröße
des Leistungsschalters.
The rating plug defines the rated current within a specific range for a
given circuit-breaker size.
Wird ein Bemessungsstrommodul für einen Strom gesteckt, der
größer ist, als der maximal zulässige Bemessungsstrom des Leistungsschalters, so wird dieser Fehler von der Elektronik des Überstromauslösers erkannt und mit einer blinkenden Anzeige T.U.
ERROR signalisiert.
If a rating plug with a higher current than the maximum permissible
circuit-breaker rated current is plugged in, the electronic system of
the overcurrent release recognises this error and signals it with a
flashing indication T.U. ERROR.
Der Überstromauslöser ignoriert den vom falschen Bemessungsstrommodul vorgegebenen Wert für den Bemessungsstrom und
setzt diesen auf den Wert des für die Baugröße des betreffenden
Leistungsschalters kleinsten Bemessungsstrommoduls.
The overcurrent release ignores the default value for the rated current provided by the false rating plug and adjusts it to the value of
the smallest rating plug provided for the frame size of the circuitbreaker concerned.
Gleiches passiert, wenn für einen Schalter der Baugröße III ein
Bemessungsstrommodul kleiner 1250 A verwendet wird. Alle eingestellten Schutzparameter werden entsprechend angepasst; die
Anzeige T.U. ERROR blinkt.
The same happens if a circuit-breaker with frame size III is
equipped with a rating plug smaller than 1250 A. All set protection
parameters are adjusted accordingly; the T.U. ERROR indicator will
flash.
Wird ein Leistungsschalter ohne Bemessungsstrommodul in
Betrieb genommen, blinkt die Anzeige T.U. ERROR und der Überstromauslöser setzt den Bemessungsstrom auf den Wert des für
die Baugröße des betreffenden Leistungsschalters kleinsten
Bemessungsstrommoduls.
If a circuit-breaker is started up without a rating plug, the T.U.
ERROR indicator will flash and the overcurrent release sets the
rated current to the value of the smallest rating plug for the frame
size of the circuit-breaker used.
