Der Gleitring der Gleitringdichtung wird mit dem Laufrad durch einen Stift mitgenommen.
Zwischen Pumpengehäuse und Pumpendeckel wird das
Laufrad eingebaut.
Der Rotor befindet sich im Rotorgehäuse und dient auch
zur Befestigung des Laufrades.
Die Höhe und die waagerechte Ausrichtung der Pumpe
sind über 4 höhenverstellbare Kalottenfüße eingestellt.
Bei Bedarf kann die Pumpe mit einer Edelstahlhaube
zum Schutz des Motors versehen werden.
The slide ring of the mechanical seal is entrained by the
impeller using a pin.
The impeller is installed between pump housing and
pump cover.
The rotor is positioned in the rotor housing and is also
used to fasten the impeller.
The height and the horizontal alignment of the pump are
adjustable using 4 calotte-type feet.
If necessary, the pump may be equipped with a stainless
steel hood for protecting the motor.
Funktion
Function
Die Kreiselpumpe TPS ist selbstansaugend, d. h. sie ist in
der Lage, saugseitige Rohrleitungen auch bei negativen
Flüssigkeitsniveau zu evakuieren. Der Rotor erzeugt im
Rotorgehäuse einen Flüssigkeitsring. Dieser Flüssigkeitsring dichtet Rotor und Rotorgehäuse gegeneinander ab.
Eintretende Gase werden zwischen der Rotornabe und
dem Flüssigkeitsring durch die Pumpe gefördert.
Das Laufrad mit rückwärts gekrümmten Schaufeln
rotiert in der Pumpe mit der Drehzahl des Motors. Die
Rotation des Laufrades überträgt Energie in Form von
Zentrifugalkräften und Geschwindigkeitserhöhungen
auf das Fördermedium, das so aus dem Druckstutzen
befördert wird.
The TPS centrifugal pump is self-priming, i.e. it is able to
evacuate pipe lines on the suction side even if the liquid
level is below the pump inlet. The rotor produces a ring
of liquid in the rotor housing. This liquid ring seals the
space between the rotor and the rotor housing. Any
gases that enter the pump are conveyed through the
pump via the clearance between the rotor hub and the
liquid ring.
Der Saugstutzen ist axial exzentrisch am Pumpenkörper
ausgerichtet.
Der Druckstutzen ist tangential nach oben am Pumpenkörper ausgerichtet.

The impeller with its vanes curved backwards rotates in
the pump at the speed of the motor. The rotation of the
impeller imparts energy to the liquid to be conveyed in
the form of centrifugal forces and velocity that forces the
liquid out of the discharge port.
The suction port is arranged axially off-centre on the
pump body.
The discharge port is usually tangentially directed
upward in relation to the pump body.
