Work on hydraulically equipment
The machine is powered by hydraulically pressure energy. Certain safety measures have to be
observed when dealing with hydraulically or pneumatically pressure energy.
•
All work on the System’s hydraulically power supply must only be completed by a qualified
specialist.
•
If your company does not employ a works mechanic, then a correspondingly trained person
must be commissioned with the work.
•
The system must first be made pressure free before any work on system sections and
pressure pipes can commence.
•
During preventive servicing during repair work, the hose pipes should always be exchanged
also - even if there is no noticeable damage yet. See also the instructions of the hose
manufacturers.
DANGER!
Under high pressure withdrawing liquids can penetrate the skin and cause
heavy injuries.

NOTE!
With injuries by hydraulic fluids consult a physician immediately, it exists risk of
infection !
Hazard due from residual energy
Note that various forms of energy can still be present after the machine has been switched off or has
come to a standstill - for example:
•
in hydraulic pressure pipes and pressure receivers
•
in electrical lines and condensers
