Complex measuring operations necessitate additional functions that you can configure with
the aid of a function matrix in an operating program, and thereby customize to suit your
process parameters. All functions are described in detail, as is the function matrix itself, in
the “Description of Device Functions” manual, which is a separate part of this Operating
Instruction.

Always start trouble-shooting with the checklist on Page 47, if faults occur after start-up or during
operation. The routine takes you directly to the cause of the problem and the appropriate remedial
