1.5 Million CP Rechargeable Spotlight
• To operate the spotlight press the trigger switch, release to turn off.
• To keep it on continuously press the trigger and slide the button above the trigger. To turn off
slide the button in the opposite direction.
• Under optimum conditions the spotlight can be used for 25-30 minutes.
• The battery will give better service the more the spotlight is used and if the spotlight is always
stored fully charged.

Using your Spotlight
Keep out of reach of children
Do not use in wet conditions
Store in a clean, dry environment
Do not use if it is damaged in any way
Never short the battery terminals
Never attempt to change the bulb when the unit is charging
Do not expose the battery to fire or high temperatures
Never look directly into the light
Caution! The lens will become hot after prolonged use
Do not disassemble battery or remove the battery terminals
Before disposing, protect the battery terminals

Battery Type
• The lead acid battery in this spotlight has many years of service if it is regularly used and
charged. When the battery does expire it should be removed from the spotlight for re-cycling.
• Contact your local solid waste authority for recycling information.
Charging the Internal Battery
1. The internal battery should already be charged at time of purchase. However, you should
give it a top-up charge as soon as possible.

5. The spotlight should be kept fully charged when not in use. When being stored it should be
charged every 6-8 weeks.
6. Always ensure that the trigger is in the OFF position when it is stored.

7. If the battery is fully depleted then it takes 8-12 hours to fully charge it with the mains adapter
8. The battery can also be charged from the 12 volt cigarette lighter in your vehicle but do not
charge for more than 3 hours. Charge with the engine running to prevent running down of
your vehicle battery.

9. The red LED will show when the spotlight is being charged but does not indicate when the
battery is fully charged.
10. Do not charge continuously for more than 12 hours.
11. Do not have the light switched on when charging.
