O3 Generator
The basic disinfection of the pool is performed by an O3 generator, a disinfection unit
that generates ozone using an ultra-violet (UV) lamp. The duty life of the UV lamp
is limited to 20,000 hours and 1,000 hours before expiry of the duty life a message
“Maintenance O3-generator” will be displayed on the operator’s panel.

In normal operation this replacement has to be made every 6-7 years.
