The battery is fully charged when the LED-light on the charger turns green. 1.2 Screw the atomizer into the battery. Insert a cartridge into the other end of the atomizer. 2. Using your 510 electronic cigarette Press and hold the activation button when inhaling. Red light indicates that the battery is active. The battery needs to be charged when the light starts flashing. 3. Refilling the cartridge Once your pre-filled cartridge has run out of liquid it is time to refill or replace it (refillable cartridges sold separately). Disconnect the cartridge from the atomizer. Start filling the cartridge by dropping E-liquid (sold separately) onto the cotton inside. The cartridge is full when the cotton stops absorbing it.
