1. DESIGN CAD DRAWING.
The CAD design drawing is calculated in accordance with BS EN 1264 using HT2000 software and is based
on the following detail provided:
•
Building u values/ Heat loss.
•
Heat Source.
•
Floor coverings.
•
Manifold positions.
•
Floor & elevation plans.
Pipe lengths, pipe spacing’s and manifold circuits are produced based on the heat load of the building and
taking in account the:
•
Thermal resistance of floor coverings (R value m2 K/w).
•
kPa pressure loss.
•
Flow rates.
•
Target room temperatures.
•
Maximum design flow temperatures.
•
Maximum floor temperatures.
