APP Operating Instructions
1. Install the APP
Step 1, go to the App Store, as showed in the picture below.
Step 2, type “SOFTIED” in the searching box, and see the pull-down menu as showed in the picture below.
Step 3, press “install” to install the App as showed in the picture.
Attention: please install this App with WIFI.
2. Connection method of this APP
Step 1, WIFI wireless receiver showed as below. Need to purchase from our company.
Step 2, control box as showed below. Plug the WIFI wireless receiver in.
Step 3, press the “Head Down” button and “Foot Down” button on the remote at the same time after the
control box powered on for 10s. The remote will “beep” twice and the light will flash twice, then turn on
the APP.
Step 4, enter “Setting” on your iPad or iPhone as showed in the picture below.
Step 5, select the wireless receiver started with “DSA0000006”in WLAN.
Step 6, it will show “connected” as showed below.
Step 7, enter “Softide W002” as showed in the picture below.
Step 8, this APP requires the password. The default password is “123456”.
3, APP Operating Instructions
Note:
Press

to control a single bed or sync two beds.
1. Lock the button of QUEEN, only the QUEEN bed can be controlled.
2. Lock the button of KING, only the KING bed can be controlled.
3. Lock the buttons of KING and QUEEN at the same time, then two beds can be synced at the
same time.
Massage timer: 30MIN, 20MIN and 10MIN. Press ALL OFF to turn off the massage
