4. Maintenance
4.1. Cleaning
At the end of a working day, clean the equipment, both for hygienic reasons and to avoid malfunctionings.
The oven must never be cleaned using direct or high pressure water jets. In the same manner, to clean the
appliance do not use pan-scrubbers, steel brushes or scrapers; it is eventually possible to use stainless
steel wool, rubbing it in the direction of the sheets satin finish.
Wait for the cooking compartment to cool down.
Remove the side tray racks.
Remove the manually removable residues and place the removable parts inside dishwashers.
To clean the cooking compartment use soapy warm water. Subsequently, all interested surfaces must be
thoroughly rinsed, being careful to ensure no detergent residues remain.
To clean the oven external parts, use a damp cloth and a non-aggressive detergent.
