PragmaDev hereby grants to Customer a restricted, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, internal-use license: to use the Software -Real Time Developer Studio- solely at the above site, and for the sole purpose of creating Prototypes. "Prototype" means any non-commercial application created by Customer using the Software solely for the purpose of determining feasibility of a development project. Terms and conditions: The customer evaluating PragmaDev product: • shall not use the Software or any portion of it, for any production or commercial purpose; • shall not market, distribute or otherwise transfer copies of the Software to others; • shall not rent, lease or loan the Software; • shall not distribute externally or to any third party any communication that compares the features, functions or performance characteristics of the Software with any other product of Customer's or any third party.
