Montageplatten einschieben
1. Schieben Sie zuerst die Montageplatte
Fluter (48/5), dann die Montageplatte Fluter
GB (48/4) und zuletzt die Montageplatte
Liege (48/3) in der Führungsschiene
(48/2) bis zum Anschlag nach hinten in das
Fußgestell.
2. Montieren Sie die lange Frontschiene
(49/3) vor dem Fußgestell.
3. Legen Sie die Steuerplatte (49/2) mit den
elektrischen Bauelementen nach oben
zeigend vor die Montageplatten.
Das Netzkabel wird auf der linken Geräteseite über eine Druckschraube
(50/10) nach aussen geführt. Das Gerät
wird ohneNetzkabel ausgeliefert.
4. Ziehen Sie das Netzkabel (Elektrofachmann) durch die Druckschraube
(50/10) nach innen bis zur Steuerplatte und
ziehen Sie die Schelle der Druckschraube
fest.
5. Schliessen Sie das Netzkabel an der
Steuerplatte an (siehe Kap. 9.5).
6. Ziehen Sie das Klimagerät-Kabel der
Steuerplatte durch die Aussparung der
Fußgestell-Zwischenwand (51/5) nach
rechts und stecken Sie es mit dem Stecker
des Klimagerätes zusammen.
7. Stecken Sie alle Steckverbindungen
(48/1)zwischen dem Gerät, den Montageplatten und der Steuerplatte zusammen.
Entnehmen Sie alle Steckverbindungen
der nachfolgenden Tabelle.
Klemmen Sie auch das gelbgrüne
Schutzleiterkabel auf der Klemme 11
der Steuerplatte an.
Inserting the Boards
1. First pushes the canopy board (48/5) then
the canopy face tanner board (48/4) and
finally the bed board (48/3) into the guide
rail (48/2) up to the back stop in the base
frame.
Befestigen Sie das gelbgrüne
Schutzleiterkabel vom Fluter an der
linken Fußgehäuseinnenwand.
Funktion Achten Sie darauf, dass die Kabel
im Fußgehäuse in der dafür vorgesehenen Halterung liegen und nicht
auf den Vorschaltgeräten!

Stellen Sie die Steuerplatte (49/2) unten in
die U-förmige Nut der langen Frontschiene
(49/3) und klappen Sie die Abdeckplatte
gegen das Fußgestell.
Die elektrischen Bauteile sind innen
liegend und nicht mehr zugänglich.
9. Drehen Sie mit einem Imbusschlüssel die
beiden Innensechskantschrauben M 4 x12
(49/1) durch die Steuerplatte in das
Fußgestell.
10. Stellen Sie die Abdeckplatte (52/2, vor das
Klimagerät unten in die U-förmige Nut
der langen Frontschiene und klappen Sie
die Abdeckplatte gegen das Fußgestell.
11. Drehen Sie den Riegel (52/1).

Mount the long front rail (49/3) in front of
the base frame.
Place the control board (49/2) in front of
the mounting boards with the electrical
components facing upwards.
The mains cable is guided out of the base
through a pressure screw (50/10).
The unit is not delivered with a mains
cable.
Feed the mains cable (installed by a
licensed electrican) through the pressure
screw (50/10) inside to the control board
and tighten the clip of the pressure screw.
Connect the main cable on the control
board (see chapter 9.5).
Pull the cable of the air conditioning from
the control board through the recess of
the base partition wall (51/5) to the right
and plug the plug of the air conditioning
unit to the control board cable.
Plug together all connectors (48/1)
between the unit, the mounting boards and
the control board.
Remove all the connections of the
following table.
Connect the yellowgreen earth
conductor to the terminal number 11 on
the control panel.
Place the control board (49/2) in the
U-shaped groove of the long front rail
(49/3) and fold the cover against the base
frame.
The electrical components are on the
inside and no longer accessible.
9. Screw the two hexagon socket head screws
M 4 x 12 (49/1) through the control
board into the base frame with an Allen
key.
10. Place the cover plate (52/2, in front of the
air conditioning unit) in the U-shaped
groove of the long front rail and fold the
cover plate against the base frame.
11. Turn the bolt (52/1).
