The modes detected are incorrect.
In some circumstances, a card’s modes file doesn’t list all the
modes that the documentation for the card says it should.
Sometimes there are variants of cards that are slightly different
from what we have had internally or what the documentation
describes. You can try manually setting up the card (see
“Manually setting up your video card,” above) to see if that
helps. If it still fails, you may need to contact Technical
Support.
The video mode changed to a mode that doesn’t work.
If you’ve changed the video mode to a mode that either your
monitor or graphics card doesn’t support and that causes Photon
to be displayed improperly, you can revert to a previous mode,
as follows:

Restart the system and boot into safe mode (don’t start
Photon).
