ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

FOR RETURN SHIPPING PURPOSES:
PLEASE RETAIN ORIGINAL PACKAGING
TO MINIMIZE DAMAGE.
1. Place the lamp base on a level surface.
2. Insert bulb into socket (A).
3. Place the shade (D) over the bulb socket and
tighten with the screws (C) securing the shade (D)
in place. Shade will sit on the brackets (B)
Uses (1) Maximum 15WATT Type “T” Bulb
(Bulb included)
Cleaning of your lamp
Unplug lamp, wipe with damp cloth.
Do not use abrasives.

3. Coloque la pantalla (D) sobre el casquillo y apretar con
los tornillos (C) que sujetan la pantalla (D) en su lugar.
La pantalla se sentarán en los soportes (B).
Usar maximo (1) 15 vatios tipo “T” Bulbo

Limpieza de lampara
Desenchufe la lámpara, limpiar con un trapo húmedo.
No utilice los abrasivos.
