ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

FOR RETURN SHIPPING PURPOSES:
PLEASE RETAIN ORIGINAL PACKAGING
TO MINIMIZE DAMAGE.
1. Place the lamp base on a level surface.
2. Screw column (B) onto base (A).
Be careful not to twist power cord.
3. Screw decorative column (C) onto column (B).
4. Insert bulb into bulb socket (D).
(Bulb not included)
5. Place shade (E) firmly into spring holder of
the socket assembly (D).
Uses (1) Maximum 15WATT, Type “B” Bulb
(Bulb not included)
Cleaning of your lamp
Unplug lamp, wipe with damp cloth.
Do not use abrasives.

1. Ponga la base en una superficie llana.
2. Atornille la columna (B) a la base (A).
Tenga cuidado de no torcer el cable de
eléctricidad.
3. Atornille la columna decorativa (C) a la
columna (B).
4. Inserte bulbo en el zócalo (D).
(Bulbo no incluido)
5. Coloque la pantalla (E) firmemente en la
asamblea del zócalo (D).
Usar maximo (1) 15 vatios, tipo “B” Bulbo
(Bulbo no incluido)
Limpieza de lampara
Desenchufe la lámpara, limpiar con un trapo húmedo.
No utilice los abrasivos.
