The shuffle options and switching order of each
disc/format are indicated below.

“OFF”: Returns to normal play
mode.
“Title”: Plays chapters in the
current title in random order.

“Disc”: Plays tracks in the
current disc in random order.
“OFF”: Returns to normal play

“Album”: Plays tracks/images/
video files in the current album
(folder) in random order.

*1 Available only when playing a version 1.0/1.1 VCD,
or a version 2.0 VCD without PBC functions.
*2 Excluding a DVD-R/DVD-R DL/DVD-RW in VR
mode.

You can directly locate a desired point by
specifying the title number, chapter number, etc.

During playback, press the number
buttons on the remote commander to
enter an item (track, title, etc.) number,
then press (ENTER).
Playback starts from the beginning of the
selected point.
The search items for a disc/format are as follows:
DVD: Title or chapter*1
VCD*2/CD/MP3/WMA/AAC: Track
JPEG: Image
Xvid/MPEG-4: Movie
*1 The search item depends on the setting.
*2 Available only when playing a VCD without PBC
functions.
Setting the search item (DVD only)
You can set the search item (title or chapter) for
DVD playback.

Touch “Source List,” then touch

Touch v/V to scroll, then touch “DVD
Direct Search” to set to “Chapter” or
“Title.”
The setting is complete.

Touch “Visual.”
The visual setting menu appears.
To return to the previous display, touch “Back.”
