AMARILIS™ Personal Shower System TM Installation Instructions for: DELUXE SHOWERHEAD BODY SIDE SPRAY 1660.100 SERIES 1660.120 SERIES ROUGHING-IN DIMENSIONS FINISHED WALL DELUXE SHOWERHEAD 1-1/2" OPTIONAL TO FINISHED FLOOR USUALLY 65" TO 78". FOR USE WITH BODY SIDE SPRAYS 72" TO 78" IS RECOMMENDED. BODY SIDE SPRAY 1/2" MAX. 6-1/2" FINISHED WALL 1-1/2" RECOMMENDED INSTALLATION FOR MULTIPLE BODY SIDE SPRAYS: Each installed BODY SIDE SPRAY requires 2.5 GPM for an adequate spray flow. 1/2" S.P.S. For maximum flow, use Amarilis 3-Handle Bath/Shower Valve 8030 or 8031 Series. 1/2" MAX. SEE RECOMMENDED INSTALLATION BELOW 4-3/4" Connect multiple body side sprays to spout outlet of valve. Provide two-way diverter valve for addition of tub spout. TO SHOWERHEAD 16" Connect deluxe showerhead to shower outlet of valve. 3 HANDLE B/S VALVE 24" 16" 4" 32" OPTIONAL TO FINISHED FLOOR 28" OPTIONAL TO FINISHED FLOOR - 2 SPRAY 1 - 3 SPRAY TWO-WAY DIVERTER VALVE TUB SPOUT ROUGHING-IN Prepare shower connection nipples per roughing-in dimensions. See diagram for recommended 2 and 3 BODY SIDE SPRAY installation. 2 Cap nipples, turn on water supplies and check for leaks. SHOWERHEAD INSTALLATION Slide ESCUTCHEON forward and compress BELLOWS to expose supply connectors. Turn on water supplies and check for leaks. Push ESCUTCHEON back until seated flush against wall. Use adjustable wrench to install SHOWERHEAD. 3 SUPPLY CONNECTOR ESCUTCHEON AND BELLOWS P r i n t e d i n We s t G e r m a n y 30449 COUPLING NUT FLOW REGULATOR SERVICE To increase swivel tension: Compress BELLOWS towards rear to expose ball joint. Wrench tighten COUPLING NUT to increase tension. The FLOW REGULATOR may accumulate debris causing reduced water flow. To clean, remove SHOWERHEAD, then: Remove ESCUTCHEON and BELLOWS. Unscrew SUPPLY CONNECTOR to remove FLOW REGULATOR. Clean FLOW REGULATOR, re-assemble and install SHOWERHEAD. All product names listed herein are trademarks of American Standard Inc.
