Using the customer support
Testing the Picture / Sound
To execute picture and sound tests.
1 Press SETTINGS to access the main menus.
2 Press the Red button to access
Customer Support.
3 Press the Navigation buttons to scroll
Picture Test or Sound Test and press OK.
4 If you have any problem, press the Navigation
buttons to scroll to Yes and press OK.
5 When you are finished, press EXIT.
When you return to the previous menu,
press ꕣ (BACK).

information
To check the product or service information
2 Press the Red button to access
Customer Support and press OK.
3 Press the Navigation buttons to scroll
Product/Service Info..
You can check the various product/Service
infomation based on your model.
4 When you are finished, press EXIT.
When you return to the previous menu,
press ꕣ (BACK).
